Founded in 2023 by Joe Demaras, Thrive Solutions was born from a simple observation: there simply wasn’t enough help for homeowners facing difficult situations—especially foreclosure.
With a collective 12+ years of experience and more than 400 successful transactions, the team had seen the pressure tactics, misinformation, and lack of useful options firsthand. Thrive was built to do the opposite.
